好少來的酒店扒房, 但這裡似乎又不能完全叫扒房, 因為這店分成三個場景, 各有特色, 這晚是太座BD Dinner, 叫的食物以穩陣為主, Chill seafood $798 叫冷盤海鮮的時候, waitress已經講今晚沒有蝦,只能用昆布補上, 到後尾上冷盤時發覺原來無蝦係會差一截的, 不過佢地無好似waitress講咁樣, 放一堆昆布上去, 我估應該係俾多咗的螺類的份量, 因為最底的盤內真的好多螺!分三層, 以上面的一層最高價, 龍蝦一隻, 長腳蟹蟹腳, 龍蝦一開二, 觧味一般吧, 蟹腳有些咸, 不過好難要求這些腳咸D或者淡D! 但好在三個沾醬都調得好Match with seafoods. 工個醬之中以日式柚子醋汁最出色, 柚子香氣突出, 唔太酸之餘又無太覺甜味好出!中間的生蠔有半打, 中間size, 肉爽有海水味但唔太咸,最底層主要係青口, 蜆 同螺, 重有兩隻比較少見的單拑蟹仔之類的東東, 全部都係比較上要啃的貝殼類, 以兩個人計份量較大, 唯有輪流沾唔同味醬汁ko晒佢地,跟住兩個湯, 周打魚湯Clam Chowder$130以細的不銹鋼煲仔上, 用料豊富, 湯底海鮮的鮮甜

另一個則是其他食客們都叫的龍蝦湯 Lobster Bisque $140此店只做兩個湯, 唔飲A 則只有B了, 咁我及又明點解大部份人都叫龍蝦湯喎, 兩個湯相差只係10蚊!龍蝦湯湯底有蝦香之餘又唔會太霸道, 質地好滑呢個係忌廉的功勞, 湯中央的一舊忌廉美觀之外亦再為個湯增加唔少分數, 但原來那個小忌廉球下面藏着的還有一堆同忍廉一樣大小的圓形蟹肉,
想得很週到之餘又可以昇華此湯只是一碟蝦水!

重頭戲碼係Linz Heritage 20oz Dry-Ages Ribeye $598 尺碼足, 厚度完全超過一吋高, 一拿上枱已經感覺那份焦香氣味, 我們要求的Rare這裡完全做到, 只有頭尾是有點超過Rare之外, 由於係Dry-age關係,切開後基本是沒什麼血水流出, 牛肉表面燒得焦香亦有少許脆, 肉味帶微微回甘, 整件扒只有一小片骨同某些部份有少少筋, 可以接受嘅, 配扒來的醬汁看似好少但其實是足夠用的, 而這醬汁味道亦十分傳統, 杰度適中, 20安士完全足以填滿兩個人的胃納,
我們沒有side order, 所以這趟可以一試甜品, 沒有抱太大期望因為大部份的酒店式甜品師會傾向於保守派, 

White Peach Melba $90 本來我想像這將會係一個酒煮白桃再伴一球雲呢嗱雪糕球的甜品, 頂多再唧幾圈巧克力糖漿/ 士多啤梨糖漿, 但這裡酒店扒房做出來的又是另一個進化版, 做型是四層, 最頂是一片紅色點點的白色脆片, 下面放半個處理過的去皮桃, 桃肉是還剩餘一半咬口, 由桃肉表面的光滑度可見脫皮的工序做得脷落, 下一層係一個忌廉做的凍糕配合桃肉同時又同最底層的鮮紅色木莓類雪類作對比,無論是顏色/口感等, 

Basil Lemon $90 看字面其實沒什麼頭緒, 只知道有紫蘇味雪葩同檸檬怎麼樣拉上關係, 有點似猜謎般撲朔迷離! 但實物送上來時, 係一隻全黑色的碟上放了一個青黃色檸檬在中央, 這個則沒什麼層次了, 因為主要賣點係一個檸檬! 真確一點應該講係一個”扮的檸檬”, 檸檬底只有一些簡單的餅乾碎, 青黃色檸檬外殼係一層好簿的糖做甜中有酸的脆片, 用义稍為用力已可以將外殼敲碎, 內部係白色的泡泡, 泡內是一堆約1tsp的紫蘇味雪葩, 整個甜品創意,新鮮感,玩味十足, 


兩個甜品雖然係比較上貴但從另一角度去欣賞, 品嚐只是點到即止, 

新穎的手法同那個無論形狀/顏色都相當近似檸檬的檸檬,完全表達到現在的甜品世界賣的就是這些, 一個意念!
