To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

六月半生日，揀左間靚景而可能系香港最高嘅餐廳食自助晚餐，景色唔使問實屬一流，可以自己一個，如有美伴確會生色不少，但一人亦别有一種随性。由於早一星期已經電郵預訂，是日星期五，客人不算太擁，餐廳安排左我一人坐一四位餐桌，地方寬闊，一日獨霸四人桌，拿野食亦唔怕太多擺唔到。餐廳自助晚餐有生蠔，龍蝦，長脚蟹等凍盤，不過個人行經覺有小小味所以冇拿，而熟食，有中西印各款，中式竟然有乳猪而且仲系皮脆肉嫩，一來少見，二來真系好味，拿笫二轉有添食，個人亦比較喜肉食，燒牛肉同豬肉亦做得唔錯，還有日式刺生亦新鮮，可惜款少，得三文魚，带子同凡立貝，如加上個人喜歡的吞拿魚相信會有加分。上面講到肉，咁就不得不提酒，加100蚊港幣，可以有白，紅，氣酒任添飲，餐廳用酒都幾好，三隻都試過，個人覺得加100性價比高。此外餐廳亦有提供生日甜品拼盤，不過都系食返是日甜品區個啲好味啲，服務來講都殷勤迅速
