同事當中也有吃貨推介過我這家鐵板燒專門店,那次他們一家為世伯慶生,當晚便給我連發多張豐富食物相跟我分享,這次到小妹生日,終於可以一嘗這家的鐵板燒質素如何,而前一天已經左思右想究竟請師傅給我弄一個小小兵抑或海綿寶寶炒飯好﹔這晚選擇了「秋田」二人前套餐($668/每位),當中澳洲頂級和牛薄燒可以加$250改為澳洲和牛扒,雖然套餐份量有點多,不過生日嘛吃得豐富一點也讓肚皮稍為放縱一次半次﹔點餐後不久,便送上小食和沙律,粟米、沙律菜、番茄和紅腰豆用胡麻醬伴勻,似是大雜燴一樣,對沙律興趣不大,反而僅得一粒的日本番薯,入口微粉質地帶甘甜,吃罷,晚餐正式開始﹔先是魚子蒸蛋,師傅在面前蒸蛋,臨上菜時再加上黑魚子,蒸蛋軟硬度適中入口滑溜,吃出蛋香的鮮甜味﹔接著下來是活伊勢龍蝦,師傅先解釋會先將龍蝦頭、身分開,拆肉後會再用龍蝦汁煮熟,味道更突出、濃郁,中途會加上表演火燒龍蝦,將龍蝦頭淋酒,此時便是每檯食客「相機影先」的指定動作,一下子火便湧上來,後面檯的大媽們看得興奮還忍不住拍手叫好,不過,要是問我龍蝦肉味道如何,我還是喜歡吃出龍蝦的鮮味較多,蒜蓉龍蝦汁較咸反而遮蓋了龍蝦肉的鮮味,不過值得一讚是肉質夠嫩,
