To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日試左個lunch，服務方面，待應生幾有禮貌，check啲地方亦check得幾密，都幾夠乾淨野食黎講款式唔算多，但落緊扶手電梯都聞到好香，仲以為勁多野食，如果多啲就好一黎到我就比個烤肉吸引左，有廚師即場切比我地，睇住佢大大舊切出黎真係好正，不過如果多多一兩款汁比我揀就仲好有個燒羊脾都唔錯，賣相同香味都吸引到我，食落幾好，但第一次夾唔記得拎多啲汁，到第二次拎番啲汁就唔同啲，個人認為佢原本用黎煮嘅汁比佢另配嘅Rosemary Sauce仲好食今次buffet黎講都算唔錯，價錢都算合理，見啲野食都清得幾快，不過不失啦
