To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又去咗海港食阿拉斯加蟹，但係而家加咗價$188一斤，但都接受到嘅加$20 ，咁例牌同之前一樣都係色情正，咁今日仲帶咗個叉燒，咁我味道就一般般啦，唔及得一啲轉食叉燒嘅餐廳嘅水平啦，但係都入得口嘅，咁仲叫咗隻貴妃雞半隻，呢隻雞真係麻麻哋因為啲肉有啲鞋，似係街邊嗰啲燒味嗰啲$20 一個飯合質素，仲帶咗個大蝦伊麵咁話撈埋啲蟹膏食咁梗係好食啦，佢話最後整咗個炒豆苗，味道正常，重點嘅蟹就最咪先來，依然係肉爽鮮甜，五個人叫咗一隻四斤幾，都幾夠食好爽皮
