To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

契妹生日，選擇困難症發作，朋友提議（警務人員）警察會內的西餐廳，新開張不久，他說之前食過都唔錯，可以考慮一下。大夥兒在正門集合，待警察朋友領我們入內。食物選擇不是太多，以西餐為主；各自都是點了套餐，我的是香煎豬扒伴薯蓉煙肉汁（$138）。磨菇忌廉湯 ～ 味道偏淡，忌廉味唔夠香濃。加二片麵包在湯面，點綴一下。香煎豬扒伴薯蓉煙肉汁 ～ 豬扒肉質煙韌有肉味，加上煙肉汁，更加滋味，想不到這個又幾好味喎。熱檸水 ～ 作為飯後解喝之選，又健康又有益。開開心心又一餐。
