今日好開心,好耐冇得番鄉下,但就有人請我食生日飯,食omakase入到黎坐低,師父會問下有冇野唔食,冇呢就開始了。前菜係醃製蒜頭,平時好怕蒜味,但呢個醃完,蒜頭爽爽甜甜,冇左陣搶味。天然九繪魚,又叫夢幻之魚,係淡身魚,食落有陣清爽香氣。石垣貝,肉質厚實爽脆,有海水味。金目鯛,日本人最常吃,獨特嘅鮮甜,食過一定記得。鰤魚腩,清甜得黎油脂感好重。秋刀魚,平時食開都係熟嘅,今次食sashimi,原來個味道好不一樣,肉質爽帶甜,唔講都好難估到係秋刀魚。醬油漬大拖羅,大拖個油脂,一入口就溶,有少少醬油提鮮。天婦羅避風塘白子配白粟米,炸左嘅白子,爽爽脆脆。玉子燒,連玉子燒都做得好鬆彈,今餐食得巧高興!
