To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘿嘿,成日經過都好想食呢間,但係由於經常都係兩個人嘅關係,所以都廢事行入去,兩人唔叫得幾多野食~~好彩,男友生日,我地諗唔到食咩,有4個人,梗係話食北京樓喇,我最鍾意食上海同京菜,今次我地4個都好懶,完全唔想睇大MENU有咩食,所以見到有4人餐,就諗都唔諗,4人餐算~~XDXD係咪覺得我地連食都懶呢~~其實揀餐呢,好大部份既店家,都會將自己最拿手既菜式放入SET餐入面,所以,唔怕會食唔到佢地嘅招牌菜,好喇,咁經過我地4個懶人點菜後,有啲咩食呢﹖醉雞 & 煎腐方 - 本身我就麻麻地食醉雞呢樣餸,但係因為叫SET嘅關係,所以都會有D自己唔鍾意食嘅嘢,呢個我覺得太濃烈酒味,個腐方就好好味,卥得好入味,但係佢個汁香得黎又唔會覺得個腐方冇咗D豆味~~清炒蝦仁 - 本身係唔係河蝦仁我就唔清楚,但係就好爽口,不過食得呢味餸就會知道佢本身個蝦係唔…會…有…味…道,所以只可以話佢唔錯~~濃湯海皇翅 - 雖然近呢幾年,環保團體都好大力反對食翅文化,不過其實都幾難改變到傳統京菜餐館棄用魚翅,雖然我都覺得唔係幾好意思,不過,佢個湯底其實真係唔錯,唔會好似平時去飲嗰啲咁,成抽鼻涕,呢個係好似湯嘅質感,味道唔錯,

濃湯海皇翅 - 雖然近呢幾年,環保團體都好大力反對食翅文化,不過其實都幾難改變到傳統京菜餐館棄用魚翅,雖然我都覺得唔係幾好意思,不過,佢個湯底其實真係唔錯,唔會好似平時去飲嗰啲咁,成抽鼻涕,呢個係好似湯嘅質感,味道唔錯,當然,如果真係唔食翅嘅朋友,其實可以選擇只飲佢D湯,抽翅俾朋友/家人食~~

小籠包 - 小籠包,北京樓都好難會整得唔好食~~

整體嚟講,美心集團嘅出品唔會太差,當然,唔會比之前喺佐敦間北京樓好,同埋好似想趕客走咁,上菜好快,我地7點入座,8點咁上下已經食完~~~
