生日飯上網見到幾特別,所以試試佢,大致上ok,未至於去到話好好食。整餐飯完成後,印象最深刻嘅就係東坡肘子,炆得不油膩,野味霉干菜令味道生色不少,味道亦恰到好處。老實講,老闆介紹蟹釀橙係舊時嘅宮廷菜,但我覺得蟹味已經比橙未完全覆蓋,有少少浪費左蟹肉既鮮味。黃金鍋巴蝦多士,鍋巴香口夠脆,蝦膠亦做得不錯。古法熏鷹倉,沒有一般上海店做的硬實口感,魚及醬汁都濃淡適中,不過我自己就係獨愛一般上海店做的硬實感覺訂位時,本來好想試佢哋個腰果湯圓,但老闆話當晚無人訂,所以只好選了楊枝甘露。
