自從疫情冇得外遊,唔可以去旅行慶祝生日,唯有同另一半留港慶祝。見到中環核心地段開咗間西式素菜餐廳,就不妨一試,整體感覺啲嘢都好精緻同埋好食😋頭盤叫左Hokkaido Scallops, 帶子經過微炙,配合乳酪,青檸,佛手瓜,更加帶出鮮味,令味蕾提升並迎接之後嘅Main course🤗Main course叫咗店內兩道招牌菜Jackfruit Croustillant, Patagonian Toothfish。Croustillant睇落似西多士,但內有乾坤,內裡係大樹菠蘿植物肉,食完唔會有罪疚感🤪Patagonian Toothfish肉質肥美,不過配紫椰菜花,可惜椰菜花令我諗返英國嘅炒椰菜花飯,當堂冇咗胃口🥴好彩生日最緊要嘅蛋糕,依然係我至愛嘅Pavolva, 加埋熱情果同埋奇異果,更加提升酸味,總算扳回一城☺️
