Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日親友生日，所以一齊去食自助餐，突然諗起有一間好久好久沒有去的餐廳，而且知道它重新裝修過，所以一於嚟試吓，而且仲可以用OpenRice 的apps 訂座，又可以留低自己的需要，又方便，真係好好玩先講吓餐廳地方好大，坐得好鬆動，但係食物種類少咗D，不過食物質素就比其他高D，龍蝦肉唔實，幾彈牙，鮑魚爽口好有鮑魚味，長腳蟹鮮甜，D24榴槤炸彈，又香又脆，本人唔食榴槤都試了一個，做得好好飲品方面紅白酒、啤酒、汽水同橙汁任飲唯獨是美中不足就係冇生蠔
