Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同男友第一垐食，感覺良好。由1830食到2200,當中整段時間食物不停供應，侍應，廚師服務態度也很友善。食物類型對比貴價酒店，算很齊全。海鮮，質素尚可，生蠔不太大隻，長腳蟹尚可。刺身很正，無將貨就價，帶子厚大，赤貝大塊又厚肉，丹蝦又滑，又有三文魚腩，值得讚賞。其他熟食，鹅肝多士肥美，羊架厚而不鞋，雪糕甜品無得輸。推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
