To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 滿心期待上黎食lunch,餐廳比想像中細,但裝修和景觀都是一流的。我們點的是set lunch,麵包和前菜都幾好味,但我哋都覺得好奇怪點解個main course牛扒冇問我地要煮幾成熟,本身都有啲擔心但係諗緊佢哋應該好專業,所以就冇特別問。結果牛扒上到嚟,差唔多係well done本身扒既味道OK但係咁熟真係浪費晒⋯相都冇影了⋯到上甜品既時候,朋友忍唔住講:其實我係叫左佢地寫happy birthday喺甜品碟邊,訂嘅時候講咗,尋日打電話嚟confirm Booking嘅時候再提多咗一次⋯好在我哋心情好,唔好比間餐廳影響令我哋唔開心,但係餐廳都明顯好有進步嘅空間⋯
