To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.       I've been there a few times because of the awesome location and view, and obviously the drinks too. The service was top-notch as well. The place can get pretty packed later in the night, so it's better to get there early. But my main gripe is that the live music is way too loud. Don't get me wrong, the music and the singer's voice are great, but bloody hell, those speakers are deafening. 嘈死人咩, 呢個時候只適合同女友講分手, 萬一日後被捉黃腳雞時就可以話在Top Town咪講左分手囉.                 蟹腳，都係咁上下凍凍地冇乜味
                （總括嚟講，我覺得比普通酒店buffet還要差嘅質素，但呢盤野收我$1288，立即嬲嬲豬了）
