今日又入咗荃灣做嘢,去咗一間我以前成日都去嘅老店到食「生滾粥」原來佢隔離啱啱開咗間新店有得食埋 #生滾湯飯 ,原來只係佢嘅分店,愈做愈大之後我比佢地嘅生滾湯飯吸引住,因為店家標榜「用料新鮮而且湯底每日新鮮熬製」而且湯底比餸更好味三餸一菜嘅生滾湯飯只係$50,性價比高包括有多款餸款肉類有多款選擇,最後我揀咗鯇魚鮫🐟墨魚滑🦑湯底呈奶白色🐠 香氣迫人,可以當湯飲🥣飲完唔會覺得口渴🤪#墨魚滑 入邊吃到粒粒墨魚粒🦑食落口勁彈牙。#芫荽控 也不能錯過,愛食芫荽♥️嘅你一定會知道,要生食味道才出眾#鯇魚魚鮫 🐟 肉質非常之鮮嫩而且完全冇腥味。#粉腸 香濃甘香😅#鮮蝦腸粉🦐 $22腸粉非常之足料,共有6隻大蝦🦐爽口彈牙。腸粉新鮮熱辣,還米香濃郁,食落軟滑柔嫩。#紫菜四寶湯 $38包括墨魚滑🦑鯪魚滑🐟豬肉丸🐖魚皮餃🐟#鯪魚滑 夠爽滑,特別之處加入木耳絲。#墨魚滑🦑 夠彈牙可口,內有墨魚粒#豬肉丸 內有肥肉增加口感。#魚皮鮫 標榜係居家自製,外皮夠煙韌#油炸鬼$9因為佢本身係傳統粥店,所以忍唔住都叫咗油炸鬼,口感咬落卜卜脆,鬆脆得來又有韌勁。#牛脷酥 $9比起油炸鬼其實我更愛吃牛脷酥,外面酥脆🤭裡面的質地綿

#牛脷酥 $9
比起油炸鬼其實我更愛吃牛脷酥,外面酥脆🤭裡面的質地綿綿軟軟,酥酥甜甜,單吃吃多少都沒有問題。
