這裡是鄭大班的飯堂!來過幾次,當中也遇過他2次以上.生記有很多招牌菜色,杞子豬潤,鹽焗雞,生炒骨是必吃的.當中我認為生炒骨最出色,掛骨肉質鬆化,脆槳不厚而剛剛好,而且汁也上的均衡,不會掩飾了肉的味道,工夫非常了得!這類菜色,看似簡單,做起上來有一定的難度!
