To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天和女友到九龍城大購泰國零食之時無意中發覺到這間新開張的「紅雞冰廳」驟眼一看，下午茶餐竟有生炸雞髀供應便按耐不住衝了入去😂說起生炸雞髀由小到大，我一直抵抗不了它的魔力🤣隨著時代的變遷漸漸地變得只有懷舊快餐店才會供應了.🥢生炸珍寶雞髀薯條沙律 $48生炸雞髀炸至金黃色一切開雞髀，可見肉汁滿溢隨便咬一口，皮脆肉嫩，滿口肉汁的口感，超讚👍伴碟更有酥炸粗薯條外脆內薯，更有辣粉做點綴呢！而雜菜沙律，很有懷舊的味道😘.🥢黃金流沙奶皇西多士 $44別以為奶黃配上西多士會很甜又膩但這件西多士又意外地甜而不膩輕輕切開後，中間的奶皇流心頃瀉而出外層淡淡蛋黃的香酥口感裡層是濃滑的奶黃香目測更有3cm厚呢！.🥢飲品隨餐附送熱飲，凍奶加多$3熱奶茶比想像中更大杯，濃滑奶香十足凍檸檬酸甜清爽～
