以前係筲箕灣返完教會就會去樓下嘅串燒店食晚飯。如今事過境遷,串燒店已經變成呢間越南老街,今日咁啱經過決定試吓。餐廳位置唔係大街,所以餐廳用盡方法招攬客人,其中一個方法係用投影機投射餐廳logo 落牆身上面,而我正正比呢個方法吸引咗😂- 生牛肉河粉每次食越南菜,我一定會叫生牛肉河粉。餐廳嘅生牛肉顏色粉嫩,肉質軟稔兼牛味豐富。湯底好重牛骨味,河粉吸湯能力出色,每一啖都鮮甜可口,食完不會有口渴感覺👍🏻- 馬拉盞炒菜心苗馬拉盞炒菜都係必叫,菜心苗賣相翠綠,口感爽脆,加咗馬拉盞炒非常惹味。- 青咖喱配香烤豬頸肉越南嘅青咖喱質感好稀,味道唔算太辣。重點係香烤豬頸肉,數量非常多,而且燒得好香口,肉質彈嫩爽口,另外叫咗油餅,油餅煎得完全唔油膩,沾上青咖喱汁一定好食😋飲品方面,我哋我左青檸梳打同鮮奶咖啡,兩杯都水準以上。總括而言,越南老街嘅生牛肉河粉係我食過嘅top 3🫡

每次食越南菜,我一定會叫生牛肉河粉。餐廳嘅生牛肉顏色粉嫩,肉質軟稔兼牛味豐富。湯底好重牛骨味,河粉吸湯能力出色,每一啖都鮮甜可口,食完不會有口渴感覺👍🏻
