Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前嗰排去完越南,就已經好掛住越南湯河,返到香港一直都想食,依家見到個Pho就會好想衝埋去睇個餐牌,咁啱公司附近有一間,所以就揀左Ah Nam Pho午餐時間門口好多人,但等左5分鐘就入得。我覺得食越南野一定要食生牛肉,於是就order左生牛肉湯河,河粉可以轉做金邊粉或者濛粉,午餐set配埋嘢飲,特飲都係加$6生牛肉湯濛黎到會配埋青檸同辣椒,啱晒我心水,(成日覺得冇落青檸就好似漏咗d野咁哈哈)成碗野起碼有六,七塊牛肉,而且牛肉唔un,有少許牛肉味,檬粉多到食唔晒,$56來講真係好抵食,不過不失,會再黎
