To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間唔中都會食下酒店自助餐, 有時其他自助餐都會食下,質素都唔錯, 今次預早訂左呢間酒店食, 結果係有點失望...如果呢個價錢食呢個質素真係好普通了.自己黎呢間食係為左食海鮮, 海鮮種類唔算好多. 都有長腳蟹, 龍蝦仔, 生蠔, 蝦等幾款海鮮~長腳蟹有部分會比較鹹唔算好清甜, 生蠔就真係比較失望, 食落去口感唔清甜又唔太新鮮, 而且有D仲有沙...如果生蠔用黎評分就絕對唔合格...不過另外都有鮑魚仔, 扇貝等海解, 味道就OK既, 而且出面都係少有, 呢個反而覺得OK另外,都有刺身可以食, 三文魚等可以選擇, 刺身食落係夠凍同埋都新鮮既~呢間既其他菜式就穴係偏少如果對比相似價錢既酒店buffet, 飲品有橙汁, 熱檸檬茶等可以沖, 有4 5款選擇, 相比其他buffet都算多既~總結黎講...如果我係專食生蠔而黎就一定唔合格~ 但呢間都有其他海鮮可以揀而出面少有, 整體係不過不失啦...只係食物類型比較少而已
