To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用積分加錢換2張The Place 既宵夜Buffet，主題係---生蠔 !Buffet 由 10:15pm 開始，10pm 已經有人龍排隊，之后人龍越來越長，食客都幾多。生蠔唔係即開，只有1款，唔算太肥美，普普通通。基本壽司同三文魚刺身都有。熱盤就大概有十多款，既然係生蠔做主題，當然少不了蠔餅同蠔仔粥，不過驚喜唔算太大。除左甜品、生果，重有Movenpick 雪榚。以2百零蚊宵夜算ok，食多幾隻生蠔同幾球雪榚都足以回本。
