餐廳用左設計精緻的吊燈裝飾,配合昏黃色的燈光效果,加上富有特色的擺設,環境舒適,最啱三五知己,一手拿酒杯,一邊風花說月,人生一大樂事。晚上七點左右,好友Henry同Jade已到,先點了我最愛的生蠔,選左兩款,美國太平洋石蠔及西班牙艾布羅蠔,先食美國太平洋石蠔,入口滑溜,蠔肉肥美,肉質比較Creamy,唔太咸,屬中度海水味,淡淡的甜味,清新自然。然後食西班牙艾布羅蠔,蠔肉比較大,少少Creamy又不失彈性,口感清爽,鮮甜味比美國太平洋石蠔略重,味道留於口中久久不散。我哋食完兩款蠔之後,異口同聲要再來多客,結果總共食左12隻,原來Order一打生蠔,仲送一支White Wine比我地慢慢品嘗 !跟住就試下呢度嘅芝士焗蟹蓋,餐廳特別選用膏蟹,因為蟹肉會更為鮮甜,大廚先拆出蟹肉,加洋蔥粒一拼炒香後再放入蟹蓋,舖芝士在上面才再焗,色香味美! 仲係五年都無加過價!Henry仲未夠喉,叫咗個招牌鮮蟹肉忌廉意大利飯,呢個飯用左忌廉龍蝦汁加入蟹肉混埋意大利飯一齊煮,少少嘅咸味帶起咗蟹肉嘅鮮味,鮮甜可口! 每粒飯軟硬度又剛好,平均地沾滿龍蝦汁,惹味非常!
