幫我個friend做咗單大獲野,個friend話要請我食飯,揀咗係嘉蘭圍裏面嘅oyster cove,我真係咁大個都冇乜機會去個真正嘅蠔吧,今次真係去見識見識啦。一入到去就見到呢間餐廳大部份嘅座位都係高腳嘅,好適合俾人飲嘢傾計,而且出面仲有得泊車,好方便。餐牌上面有好多各式各樣嘅生蠔介紹,個生蠔拼盤張相仲好吸引添。我哋揀咗個精選生蠔拼盤12隻,會有師傅揀嘅一支兩款蠔,慢慢食慢慢傾下計。Pousse en Claire/Irish Gigas 各六隻$388今次師傅就揀咗黎自法國嘅pousse en Claire同愛爾蘭既Gigas,同大部份食好嘅方法一樣,都係唔建議落cocktail sauce,因為cocktail sauce主要係食一啲冇咁新鮮嘅蠔,要琴去嗰陣腥味先至會用嘅,有檸檬順時針方向食起,食咗愛爾蘭蠔先。愛爾蘭出產嘅蠔多數會比法國出產嘅淡味啲,但係食落我自己個人覺得就會creamy啲,識落海水味十足,咬號身嘅時候已經覺得充滿口感,好大粒好有咬口,一咬落去有種濃郁嘅感覺,每一隻都有半隻手掌咁大,食完之後仲有一種回甘嘅味道。法國出產嘅pousse en claire比起啱啱食驚

法國出產嘅pousse en claire比起啱啱食驚愛爾蘭gigas海水味更多,識落會再重未啲,而且因為喺法國出產嘅關係,食落會多咗一份金屬嘅感覺,就好似咬損口腔入面流血嗰陣時,有浸淡淡鐵味,食完之後齒頰留香,嗰陣蠔味久久不能散去。

食完蠔都傾左成粒鐘啦,有少少餓就叫埋個晚餐,呢度都有唔少嘅main course選擇。

呢度嘅安格斯肉眼同出面嘅比起上嚟最唔同嘅就係個洋蔥汁,係師傅自己配嘅,可以減低肉眼扒嘅油膩感,一粒粒洋蔥碎炒過之後,食落甜甜地,令到充滿牛尾嘅肉眼扒少左一份肥嘅感覺,食落清爽啲,肉眼扒牛汁滲左落去底下嘅沙律入面,一滴都唔晒。

一客有四件,分量好多,每件鵝肝都幾大塊,最重要係鵝肝出面煎得相當香脆,但係裏面仍然保持住鮮嫩,切開就睇到粉嫩嘅鵝肝裏面冇根好幼滑,配上甜甜嘅意大利黑醋,鵝肝嘅油份逆落去下面塊多士度,成個菜配合得好好,所有精華都流晒喺成個餸入面。

食完咁高級嘅菜式,埋單都係$1000有找,性價比極高,如果以食物嘅質素來講,一啲都唔算貴。
