To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友是此店的老熟客，經常向我推薦這家位於駱駝漆大廈的美食，今天我終於跟他過來了😋香煎澳洲草飼肉眼牛扒:肉質鮮嫩多汁，帶有淡淡的草香味，上枱時已經切好。肉質軟嫩可口，肉汁鮮美，搭配適當的黑椒和鹽，口感完美。有薯蓉伴碟，薯蓉口感棉密，帶有奶香。松葉蟹肉明太子椰菜花飯:椰菜花比米飯低卡、高纖，適合減肥，又想食飯的人😋 蟹肉鮮甜而且份量慷慨，明太子帶有微微的鹹味和辣味，與椰菜花的清脆口感形成對比。熱泡沫朱古力:朱古力濃郁，飄出可可香氣和略帶苦澀的味道。質地濃稠滑順，好像在吃棉花糖。😋 溫熱的溫度恰到好處，一上桌更可馬上享用。焙茶牛奶:牛奶質地濃郁，與茶味融合，入口時感受到茶香和牛奶的醇厚。我們點了無糖的焙茶牛奶，可以更加品嚐得到食物的原味。
