聽過十三姨呢個名好耐la,但係一路都冇機會去食,今日去開旺角,諗緊晚餐食咩好,就諗起佢!平日七點左右去到,都要排隊排差唔多半個鐘先入得,不過好彩佢係攞飛既,可以攞完飛之後去附近行下先翻黎。呢度既各款既湯麵,同埋佢既鵝肝撈飯都好似好出名🤩今次就試左兩款唔同既麵食。 另外呢度每枱都會有一杯蝦片,可以食住等嘢食到😋蝦片好多唔同色,食落脆卜卜。鍾意食既話仲可以買翻屋企食添。1️⃣十三飛($76)(轉翠玉瓜麵拼粉絲+$10)見到寫住係招牌既,緊係要試下🤤入面有安格斯牛肩胛、牛肋條、溏心蛋,仲好特別咁,有幾條腸粉添。條餸份量好多,牛肉既份量一啲都唔吝嗇,食極都仲有😂牛肩胛仲有少少微微粉紅,仲夠嫩,唔會好多肥肉。而牛肋條就夠曬厚肉,食落肉味濃啲,唔會好多筋,而且煮得夠入味夠淋唔會乾爭爭咁👍溏心蛋就普通啲,個人鍾意再流心啲既。腸粉好滑,而且第一次食麵既時候有腸粉😂感覺幾特別。 湯底係用牛骨同牛肋條熬製而成既牛湯底,味道清甜,有少少似平時越南食牛肉湯河果種湯底。另外可以加佢既甜豉油同埋辣椒醬落個湯底到,味道會更加濃厚。特別鍾意佢地既辣椒醬,同我平時見開既唔同,佢望落去唔係平時見到果啲好紅、有層紅色油係
