To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於太子的紅橋，原來是一間茶餐廳的新分店花園街230號地舖 廣福道123號地舖 今天為12月31曰，2016的最後一天，要吃多一點於是相約朋友來，用小小錢可以大吃特吃的餐廳。和朋友一共點2個午餐，2個小吃午餐包括: 主食，中/西餐湯，飲品餐湯為忌廉蘑菇湯，湯頭濃郁，囗感濃稠，味道不錯。紅豆冰+$8大大球冰球壓著滿滿紅豆和椰奶，份量和賣相都不錯紅豆份量大約佔3/4，微硬囗感的紅豆，囗感豐富椰奶椰香味重，只是奶的份量過少，很快便喝光了。西冷排配蛋包飯$53價錢非常平宜的午餐，西冷排雖薄薄一件但肉質嫩腍，像牛片味道，沾上芥末醬較特別蛋包飯脹卜卜的賣相不俗，蛋味濃郁，蕃茄醬配雞蛋的味道樸實，是很簡單的好味道芝麻蝦多士$38朋友另一推介芝麻蝦多士，一客共6條蝦多士以法包造成，黑白芝麻撒面，蝦肉夾心，啖啖香脆，只是有點少油。
