五月繼續食不停,來胡爐打邊慶生 !早前去過醉胡爐,見字體設計一樣,應該係同一集團!H8 內海一食肆應該也是一層一戶,這家以擺設櫃作遮擋升降機,多一份私隱。舖以清宮大宅作為設計概念,有多間VIP房,而廳面只有數張枱。要招呼的檯數不多,大大提升環境和服務質素。胡爐是一家打邊爐店,打邊爐當然不少得醬料出場 好欣賞這家的二合一湯殼,一物二用非常好 ! 有我喜愛的芝麻醬同沙茶醬 印象好深係醉胡爐既湯底,因為有好多好多款:火焰龍蝦海鮮鍋、鮮椰青雞鍋、冬瓜花膠雞翅鍋、花膠豆腐鱲魚鍋(鱲魚+$88二食刺身)、花膠雪耳大眼雞鍋、清湯蘿蔔牛腩鍋*、鰹魚汁昆布鮑魚鍋*、四川麻辣九宮格(大/中/小/辣)*、胡椒豬肚鍋*、菜乾豬肺湯*、鮮番茄茸牛腩鍋*、潮汕沙嗲鍋*、雜菜清湯鍋*、芫茜皮蛋鍋* [* 鍋底可以加錢雙併]其實,淨係諗要邊款湯底都會有選擇困難,皆因有好多款都好想好想試下,個人好鍾意飲椰子雞湯,鍾意食花膠,鍾意食海鮮,鍾意飲魚湯,鍾意食鮑魚.... 最後問下STAFF意見,本話想試冬瓜花膠雞翅果個,但STAFF話個鍋底好大份,擔心我地淨係食個鍋底都未必食得晒,所以推介如果鍾意食辣可以試麻辣九宮格,鍾意

自家製魚皮 ~ 熱辣辣即炸之作 !  這片也有7-8吋長,片片又薄又脆唔會濕淋淋,原來因為由原條白鱔剝出來,事前將佢地風乾,到有客點先會炸。
