To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道呢間餐廳一致好評，一直好想試今日終於約咗朋友一齊嚟，無論環境、食物、服務都好有質數。加上地點太方便，一出地鐵站就到。款式都好多選擇，每道菜式都好精緻✨生蠔揀咗兩款唔同嘅生蠔，超新鮮✨白酒煮澳洲鮮活藍青口加入白酒調味嘅湯汁，配上藍青口，味道好鮮甜，好多隻仲好飽滿，食完一隻又一隻✨特色卡邦尼扁意粉卡邦尼一定要趁熱食，金黃色忌廉汁，完全溶入每條意粉，好Creamy✨西班牙黑毛豬鞍厚切豬鞍，7成熟剛剛好，唔會太乾身，仲好有嚼口，配上新鮮蘋果蓉，帶出香甜嘅味道。✨意大利頂級雲呢拿雪糕及魚子醬超幼滑嘅雪糕，微甜嘅雲呢嗱味，加上鹹鹹地嘅魚子醬，賣相精緻又好味✨Happiness酒紅色嘅半球外表，帶出荔枝嘅香味，睇住爆破一刻，確係好療癒。打卡必點✨Fate好多款Cocktail外表都好靚，呢杯加入Whisky．荔枝檸檬蛋白，仲配上花花同檸檬乾，味道唔錯。餐廳仲有Outdoor座位，下次再嚟唔落雨可以坐出面
