廚師真係好細心同用心!佢地唔止會做出好味嘅菜式,仲會細細心心咁介紹每一件壽司嘅來源同種類。每一個細節都令人驚喜!今次同屋企人係半島酒店慶祝生日~ 餐廳嘅服務真係一流,而且廚師嘅菜式更係無得挑剔!尤其係季節限定嘅楓葉甜品,真係精緻得令人捨唔得食。最令我哋印象深刻嘅前菜有炙燒白子同黑松露茶碗蒸龍蝦。炙燒白子嘅味道好特別,入口即化,令人回味無窮。而黑松露茶碗蒸龍蝦就更加豪華,龍蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,加上黑松露嘅香氣,真係好滿足!仲有魷魚壽司,佢將魷魚切成飯絲嘅樣子,真係好特別嘅刀工!魷魚嘅鮮味配上少少鹽同埋切成飯絲嘅刀工,味道真係好好!深海池魚都好好味好新鮮!醋青魚同白板昆布一齊食,嘗試出嚟嘅味道酸酸地好特別,醋青魚嘅酸味同昆布嘅風味真係好搭配!帆立貝絕對會令人讚不絕口!超級新鮮好味!當然唔少得池魚同吞拿魚,池魚爽口,吞拿魚更加左赤身醬油,帶出魚嘅鮮味,令人回味無窮。最後一款半肥瘦中拖羅真係好美味!脂肪均勻感入落口入邊真係好好食!到最後仲有超級豐富嘅海膽!大大件入口即溶
