To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去了觀塘駱駝漆的台式餐廳,一入到去,見水吧位有啲鐵皮裝飾,食完仲有機會同老闆傾左陣計,對這店同食品的要求知多左好多,真是一間好用心機做的良心小店。來得台灣小館,當然要叫麻辣牛肉麵$73,今次叫了麻辣湯底,好刺激,最特別係牛肉好淋,好入味,老闆話牛肉係用了騸牯牛即閹牛去醃製的,因公牛被閹割後的激素較少,脂肪分布因而較平均,但香港每天只供應少量騸牯牛,大部分是供貨給火鍋店,因貨量多,但老闆不惜工本入貨,只為左提供最好的牛肉給顧客。而且烹調手法複雜要開火熄火,炆製而成,心機菜式。仲有好多唔同嘅食物選擇,有個優惠,每人加$32可以任叫小食,叫了蒜泥白肉 $32,喜愛這店夾了青瓜可以減少肉嘅膩感,塊肉夠厚身,面鋪了同以往不同的蒜蓉,醬油顏色帶點酸味,但蒜香咪依然好出,食完要再Encore。皮蛋晶瑩剔透,而且粒粒糖芯的,我叫了第二碟的時候寫了走辣,廚師好細心的比了另一碟醋比我試,對於我不食得太辣的人,這個配搭果然另有一翻滋味。刈包 $32刈包以點心蒸籠上,老闆提及刈包是由台灣來貨,用鮮奶做的,夠曬軟熟,裡面包住酸菜、腩肉都經過挑選,還有青瓜等等,最驚喜係食到甜甜脆口的原來是花生粉,超愛,是我至

刈包以點心蒸籠上,老闆提及刈包是由台灣來貨,用鮮奶做的,夠曬軟熟,裡面包住酸菜、腩肉都經過挑選,還有青瓜等等,最驚喜係食到甜甜脆口的原來是花生粉,超愛,是我至愛的口味。

鹽酥雞滷肉飯$68
滷肉是用了台南的烹調手法,加了洋蔥,以手切五花腩烹調。
鹽酥雞可以用餐廳招牌的試管調味作配搭,有芝士、海苔、孜然粉、辣椒粉等等,試驗出不同口味,玩味十足。
門口更見到餐廳訂的米是用保證香米飯味的金鳳牌,出名米味香,但老闆提及價錢相對貴,但為左好食,付出多少少值得的。
