想食雞扒就諗起榮式雞扒。以前喺禮頓道嗰間食時常排晒隊,而且地方狹窄,坐得唔舒服。後來香港仔分店開咗就多數去這分店,人不太多,而且除了方枱座,還有梳化座。雞扒去筋、攤薄後用上黑椒等配料醃製,再用秘製鼓汁塗於上下兩邊才放在坑爐燒製,外皮香脆兼有炭燒坑紋,雞扒醃得夠味而且鎖住肉汁,錦上添花的是還有蔥油伴食,油香味十足。除了雞扒也愛吃豬頸肉,豬頸肉也是用同一方法烹調,坑紋清晰可見,令人垂涎欲滴。但很可惜的是蔬菜伴碟份量太少,只有兩小片,希望店主留意可把蔬菜份量增加,那就更加好。套餐飲品選擇多,除了咖啡奶茶外,還有朱古力、檸蜜、青檸水、鹹檸蜜/水等。
