To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友喺鰂魚涌度，難得嚟到順便喺附近搵吓有咩嘢食，行行吓就見到呢間店，入到黎座位都幾寬敞，坐得幾舒服餐牌選擇都幾多無骨海南雞飯雞肉嫩滑，配上酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁，開胃得嚟又惹味，食多幾件都唔會滯，連餐跟埋既雞湯味道都唔錯，飲完都唔會口渴，幾健康嘅一個湯 炒貴叼一望到個賣相就覺得好吸引，炒得好夠鑊氣，而且食落唔油膩，煮得都幾用心  檸檬薏米水一嚟到見到杯嘢飲好大杯，薏米嘅份量都幾多，薏米好有咬口，仲要係低糖，就算減緊肥嘅人都可以飲多杯 森巴雞翼炸得夠乾身，食落脆脆地，好入味
