早前要去灣仔做嘢,搞掂差唔多到晚餐時間又餓又攰,於是就入咗「牛市」坐下,順便食啲嘢。小店細細,廚房同座位區面積各佔一半,但其實都算裝修得幾四正😄。小店用得「牛」命名,當然主打牛啦,牛,全部都係牛🐮!老闆大哥好友善,我問佢有乜推介,佢就話牛腩同咖哩一樣咁正,咁我就一於兩樣都試吓😝。馬泰椰香咖喱牛腩🍛,老闆專登整咗個迷你份量比我,因為得我一條友食嘛,正價份量多好多。咖哩香味撲鼻,但食落辣味都唔嘢少🌶。牛筋腩口感唔錯,另外亦有蘿蔔同薯仔。坑腩粉($78),由於食完咖喱都過咗六點,冇得堂食,所以唯有外賣個粉返屋企食啦🥡。外賣碗有經過精心設計,因為可以將麵同湯分開,咁就唔驚河粉會浸到淋晒啦👍。坑腩紋理清晰,🐂牛味濃郁。湯底用牛骨熬製🦴,完全無味精,飲完唔會口渴。另外,客人可以揀芫荽蔥同炸蒜嘅量,加少少落湯底吊吊味,最適合不過。堂食嘅客人仲可以使用枱上嘅調味料🧂。總括嚟講,小店用心經營,客人係會感受到的。我認為整體唔錯,但略嫌價錢稍為貴啲啲,不過支持下素人嘅出品嘛😚。
