To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西營盤我真的比較少踏足這店子沒有太刻意的裝潢而餐牌裡的食物以日式元素甜品為主亦有數款簡單的午市定食供應・原先在餐牌裡看中了抹茶卷可惜店家說今天還沒有故我另選了另一款人氣甜品⭐日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕最初不太奢望小店的食品有何驚喜但這抹茶心太軟卻令我改觀外層抹茶味香濃帶點回甘 裡面流心調的味道剛好而不太甜膩真心覺得有質素・另店家向我推薦了一款特飲⭐我唔係荷包蛋  飲品顏色分為兩層下面是自家制的北海道牛奶忌廉上面是濃濃抹茶奶蓋  店家跟我說 上層抹茶奶蓋是自家調制的喝時先試一口上面奶蓋之後再將兩層搞拌一起喝我並沒有跟店家的指示上面的抹茶奶蓋太太太好味我喝了幾口才搞拌整杯怪我太喜歡上層的抹茶味道🤭
