太太同我都好鍾意食中餐,所以都會搵唔同嘅地方去試下菜咁嘅~今日我搵咗間喺中環食中菜嘅地方叫"名館"行上一層門面都裝修得唔錯!感覺係新式嘅中菜館入到去見到成幅牆都係蒸籠仔,見到咁樣嘅環境食慾大開!打開餐牌原來夜晚除咗有小炒食之餘仲有一啲點心 適合夜茶友嚟嘆!但是今朝已經飲咗茶嘅關係今次就冇叫到,之不過聽傳說講話呢間嘢嘅湯好緊要,而太太呢排氣管之麻麻地就叫咗個" 亞馬遜椰子川貝燉鱷魚湯"俾佢補一補唔好睇佢細細煲, 原來用嘅材料係非常十足首先倒出嚟嘅時候已經聞到淡淡嘅川貝同椰子嘅清香味道,湯亦清晰因為用咗鱷魚肉嘅關係湯上嘅油特別少! 飲到落口感覺到好滋潤絕對冇飲味精湯嘅感覺。冷盤就叫咗一個治味鳳凰爪~同我想像嘅唔同! 佢係一個有少少帶有微辣嘅爽口凍雞腳, 亦都能夠將醬油嘅味道滲入去雞腳裏面廚師做得好好自製菌王醬蒸鮮腐竹如果你係鍾意食腐竹嘅人, 一定要試下呢個熱盤 因為有陣時喺出面食到嘅蒸腐竹就算蒸得幾耐都好 腐竹嘅心一定係硬掘掘 好似食緊嚿膠咁! 呢一個腐竹畀我嘅驚喜係食落去有層次,唔會黐埋一舊 再加埋自製菌皇醬味道香濃連腐竹一齊食感覺好豐富呢個鑊仔生煎蓮藕餅,煎得剛好唔會太油魚肉亦都打得好

唔好睇佢細細煲, 原來用嘅材料係非常十足
首先倒出嚟嘅時候已經聞到淡淡嘅川貝同椰子嘅清香味道,湯亦清晰因為用咗鱷魚肉嘅關係湯上嘅油特別少! 飲到落口感覺到好滋潤絕對冇飲味精湯嘅感覺。

治味包心菜炒帶子。
炒得好有鑊氣好似去咗大排檔咁,帶子炒得爽口彈牙夠乾身,亦都食到出面比較少用到嘅包心菜。

飯焦鳳尾蝦炒飯
佢特別嘅地方唔係用鍋嘅外圍熱力令到個飯底變飯焦, 而係廚師好別有用心將整好嘅飯焦粒加埋落個飯入面一齊炒,由於用呢個方法去處理所以每一啖都品嚐到飯焦嘅香味同時食落去一啲都唔黐牙!

喺呢度食麻雀唔使出千 !叫就得㗎啦
佢用米紙做成嘅兩張錢係食得,而麻雀就用咗桂花糕做底椰汁糕做面!真係好攪笑像真度超高
