To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從social media 看過有關品穀嘅報導, 十分欣賞兩位老闆兼師傅嘅理念, 所以這幾天分別買了幾款麵包和甜品試下 他們的麵包造型特別,看得出花了不少心思 ,口感鬆軟!南瓜包 :味道不錯 粟米粒令到口感更加豐富 紫薯麻薯包 :味道口感俱佳 黑松露芝士包 :外型精緻 ,可惜芝士味把 所有味道都蓋過 至於甜品方面買了三款tartTiramisu tart, 上層是mascarpone cream ,中層是蛋糕soak滿咖啡糖水,最欣賞底層是 咖啡味ganache/cremeux,把整個tart的層次完全提升 第二個是焦糖朱古力撻, 充滿焦糖香氣, 朱古力味也恰到好處, 不太甜 至於Pistachio tart 同樣充滿開心果的香氣 而不是坊間普遍的藥水味 總括而言 ,麵包充滿驚喜,甜品更是一流, 現在香港的麵包和餅店多數粗製濫造, 在品穀你可以細味倒麵包師和甜品師嘅努力和堅持!價格亦算合理 真心推介值得一試
