日本菜可以歷久常新,是因為它們會不斷創新,挑選食材一絲不苟。所以上星期我就同左幾個舊同學去左尖沙咀赫德道“石亭”,嘆下佢地嘅特色小食。佢地前菜都幾有風味,烘雞泡魚乾,唔會韌,煙煙韌韌,挺有口感;木魚絲春菜,味道偏甘,甘中帶甜,越食越有味道。刺身是不可或缺,龍蝦刺身非常新鮮,爽滑啖啖口感;海膽唔會腥,入口即融,好新鮮。天扶良,有茄子,炸得好乾身;蕃薯甜甜地,幾好食。最後,試埋個北海道雷電蜜瓜,非常清甜,爽脆,非一般可以媲美
