流Lau Bistro原來係全港首間腐乳主題餐廳,去PMQ睇展覽途經試下先😎早餐有飛碟+沙律+柚子潤肺茶$45腐乳咸牛肉飛碟🥏飛碟即叫即製熱辣辣,仲出煙!食落腐乳咸香,有d芝士feel,咸牛肉非常正,店主解紹原來用上和牛肉,肉味濃又juicy,正!早餐選材甘認真,抵讚👍柚子茶:飲落好潤口,柚子清新但唔會太甜,飲完喉嚨好舒服小店裝修綠色為主,樓底高,以高枱及椅,地下黑白磚,感覺簡潔又好chill。店主親切友善介紹原來小店只開店一個月,揀腐乳做主題係想反映香港中西文化融合,而腐乳又是各店主人生經歷既寫照。人生的確有不同經歷,過程中是發酵升級還是腐爛變壞,全憑個人一念之間。期待下次上試其他小食及主菜

小店裝修綠色為主,樓底高,以高枱及椅,地下黑白磚,感覺簡潔又好chill。店主親切友善介紹原來小店只開店一個月,揀腐乳做主題係想反映香港中西文化融合,而腐乳又是各店主人生經歷既寫照。人生的確有不同經歷,過程中是發酵升級還是腐爛變壞,全憑個人一念之間。
