To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Amitie Kitchen 一直都有好多好評 最近lunch同朋友上去食 平日妟就去人流唔算多 有窗口位鋪頭唔算好大但係都坐得幾舒服( ⋅֊⋅ ).ᐟ.ᐟ當日平日有幾款lunch set揀 我地叫左個set同一份意粉 鰻魚潛艇堡 都有用成條鰻魚 個包都幾鬆軟唯獨個人覺得個調味會略鹹 但係個鰻魚唔腥 份量都幾夠 仲有啲沙律伴碟松葉蟹味噌鵪鶉蛋意大利麵 呢個幾有驚喜 上面就係甲羅燒 蟹膏份量好多 意粉入邊都有好蟹肉 我地叫左龍蝦汁味 好creamy同好香 意粉都唔會太淋 呢個推薦！另外飲品叫左熱情果梳打同菠蘿青檸梳打 兩款都唔太甜 菠蘿好refresh! 跟套餐個三文魚沙律 三文魚份量都幾多呢個幾好食
