銅鑼灣廣場後面街駱克道有間新開好有特色的火鍋店《禾庭手工火鍋》。餐廳的賣點是手工湯底,款款都好有特色,【霸王藏嬌鍋】(黃油雞、花膠、竹生、南瓜、桃膠)~打開蓋聞到好香藥材味,半隻黃油雞份量好足,店員會幫忙將雞切件再放入鍋,雞肉嫩滑,大大塊花膠滑捋捋,有我喜歡的竹笙,最特別係個桃膠做湯底,平時食糖水食得多,第一次食咸嘅,不錯呢,好滋潤,其他配料包括蟲草花、紅棗、南瓜、旺菜等。蝦兵愛上老油條(蟹子蝦滑釀油炸鬼)~這個可以就咁食,勁脆,或者放湯幾秒也可。本地鮮滑牛肉片~輕輕調味的牛肉,大大塊放湯依然嫩滑,但不要淥太久。手作芫茜皮蛋豚肉餃~一個傳統嘅口味,大膽嘅嘗試,有驚喜,大大隻餃子,咬開充滿皮蛋,好好食,推介!手打墨魚丸(半份)~彈牙好吃。薑汁黃沙豬潤~好新鮮,一咬就開,爽口。無糖台式烏龍茶~一解火鍋熱氣。
