Tried out this new special Taiwanese hotpot with my friends in Causeway Bay. We ordered a drunken chicken soup base. The whole pot filled with chicken and a strong smell of alcohol! All the meat and food was very fresh. They also provide special handmade dishes like Sichuan spicy Angus beef balls, prawn dumplings and pork squares which are all very delicious and exquisite.

蔬菜類選擇都有很多,個人覺得萵荀很適合放到海帶湯中,非常清甜,忘記撈起依然有口感;喜歡吃鴨血的話就更加不能不叫,這一盤基本上是兩盒鴨血的份量,真的可以吃到飽🙈雖然整體食物質素是不錯的,但我個人建議還是吃基本餃丸就好,特色餃丸賣相真的很好,不過味道說實話還好,我寧願把錢用來叫肉好了~

最近香港派發了第一期的消費券,正值暑假的時間,各人忙着放鬆一下平日緊張的心情,也要享受一下人生,由於距離通關的時間十分之遙遠,平日小菜快餐驚十分至厭倦,今日出來打邊爐,好讓自己平衡一下心情.醬料包括有蒜蓉辣椒XO醬等也是自由的配搭,適合各人的口味.手切肥牛刀工十足,加上厚切的方式,令口感充滿了口腔,加上肉味十足必叫之選.這個生魚十分之新鮮好味道,是淡淡的魚肉,連小朋友也是最喜愛的.萵筍也十分之爽脆青綠,好味道.自家製的墨魚丸十分之爽口,食落有淡淡墨魚肉.

餐廳位於銅鑼灣,距離銅鑼灣地鐵站路程只需要五分鐘左右,地理上十分方便快捷,餐廳主打的一定就是火鍋,我最喜愛的就是他的湯底。單單是湯底內裏餡料已十分足夠,絕對令人十分滿足,果然是真材實料,童叟無欺,加上使用鮮雞餚製,湯品更可飲用,喝起來不含味精,充滿家的感覺。芫茜皮蛋餃,絕對是一個令我充滿驚喜的作品,皮薄餡靚,相信這是最基本的,內裏的餡料吃起來,我還以為自己再吃茜皮蛋湯,這就是真材實料的保証。另外,我還點選了生菜,本來這就是最安全的選擇,餐廳清洗十分乾淨,趕緊馬上食用。
