To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期三晚去到好多人，好快就full晒，係我地揀緊野食時就放低左盤餐包，好軟熟同暖笠笠，牛角包好香牛油味。叫左個海膽蟹膏意粉超好味！啲海膽勁大pat，蟹膏除左都有舊鋪係面，已經透過忌廉汁滲透每一條意粉 😋豬仔骨好多醬好夠味，食得淡既朋友都可以撇走少少，肉質好好唔會好似出面果啲林到梅同散，有質感得黎都做到骨肉分離。蕃薯條幼長型，甜蕃薯，炸完都唔乾，食晒啲肉搞到薯條攤凍左都仲好好食，冇出晒油咁。抹茶紅豆冰抹茶好香，但飲筒唔夠粗吸唔到紅豆，要用匙羹 😂裝修好有家既感覺。
