2018年農曆新年最後一日公眾假期,當然要吃頓好啦!上網得知蘭桂坊開了家吉列牛餐廳,之前小妹在別處試過,概念來自日本,一試難忘,今天就帶老公再嚐嚐吧! 店子小小,有十多個坐位,最好預先訂枱。 全店均是High Chair,小妹坐得有點不慣。 好了,先來一個吉列炸牛扒($188),此店全用美國牛扒,雖未及和牛那份油甘香,但勝在牛肉味濃,有咬勁,此牛最特別之處是先把外皮脆炸,內裡還是生的,因此配有火爐及牛油讓客人燒至自己喜愛的熟度,外面包著吉列脆皮,口感名符其實是外脆內軟,一邊品嚐著吉列牛,一邊吃著那碗加了特製七味粉的飯,份外滋味! 來個Close Up! 份量甚足。 老公則點了頂級板腱牛扒($215),這塊是牛的肩膀位,由於較近心臟的關係,肉質鮮嫩,份量十足,配以旁邊的岩鹽,更能引出牛肉鮮味。 同埋還追加了雞軟骨餃子($45),外皮是脆炸的,內裡的雞軟骨油甘味濃,加上什菜,甚有口感,不錯!
