To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又遇到一間食味高質嘅良心食肆。食物同埋環境都一流。睇得出花好多心思佈置。仲有得係度買口罩添。叫左幾樣野食都好味道:1.茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯雞肉份量極大,肉厚,但仍嫩滑。煙燻味濃並有茶香,又配上特色醬汁,特別好吃。最驚喜係雞皮一d都唔肥,似乎有煎過,更香口。漬飯有淡淡的烏龍茶味,與稍濃味的燻雞成絕配。2.紅燒牛肉麵牛肉肉質真係超好,軟硬適中。牛肉普非常香,有種牛的油脂香味,肥瘦比例極佳。仲有牛筋,質感亦好好。麵質好特別,會較硬身,但一d都唔覺難咬,反而有嚼勁,幾好食。食落原來都幾大碗,足料。3.芭樂紅茶
