To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. lunch set 的頭一個 menu 鵝肝和牛炒飯,見定得268再加一,去食午餐鐵板燒都得既一個價錢會俾啲好既材料。點知鵝肝兩粒仔,仲要有筋既,然後和牛碎似係 trim 肉淨低果啲脂肪,一塊肉仔都冇,仲要炒得又唔係好食,冇咩味,想加鹽。憑咩咁自信收呢個價呢?香港就係俾呢啲淨係想賺到盡但唔諗下點樣提升食物質素既餐廳搞衰晒。新開就俾啲心機,諗下點樣做啲好食既野啦,咁難食又咁質素咁差,係附近番工既人都唔會黎多次啦。
