To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 重陽節假期冇乜野做,加上有d會員優惠在4月尾到期,所以決定一家三去食豐富午餐~~~今次叫G,H呢兩個餐,原來G餐近日靜靜地加咗少少價,之前食開係$119~~~G餐雖然食的肉冇H餐咁優質,但勝在夠曬飽,因為條睇真係好大條~~~H餐的肉大都肉質夠滑,入口即溶,平時唔太愛吃雞肉的阿女一食咗雞胸肉就要食曬兩件而我至愛係雪花牛,燒咗一食落去真係會上癮,阿女個爸爸仲話食咗就覺得普通的牛肉真係冇咁好食~~~每次阿女去牛角必定要食的紫菜飯,不要小看小朋友對食的要求全程只係得我一個人燒燒燒,因為我喜歡燒由於今次食滿$300,終於可以換領會員本身有的牛肋肉四品盛優惠(一年只有一張呢個優惠券)左下那重肉比較韌,其餘3款肉好好食,最重要係呢度的牛燒好後會食得出淡淡的牛味~~~最後就上了我和阿女喜歡的線茶雪糕,雪糕除了有濃郁的茶味外,糖漿和糖粉都幾好味~~~今次加埋$338埋單,真係抵過夜晚去食放題
