To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說喺油麻地一間樓上鋪飲緊酒，由於好早食飯九點幾已經有朋友話肚餓，佢話想叫外賣。可惜我們不是喺深圳，冇美團叫外賣好像始終都有一點唔方便，距離始終隔咗一條深圳行，搜尋網上外賣平台嘅平台冇乜嘢啱食，於是呢度嘅員工就推介左樓下嘅雲吞牛腩麵。佢好型咁講咗一句樓下有人，我諗咗好耐到底佢係有朋友喺度食緊定係佢有員工喺樓下操part-time，定係有人係度食可以唔駛錢。我淨係知道樓下咁近就不如落去試一試。叫了一個牛雜麵，絕對係香港最典型嘅牛雜檔感覺。麵正常發揮，金錢肚好靚，腩同筋都幾好，湯頭濃，加個油菜點湯，一流。我終於明白點解叫樓下有人了。

叫了一個牛雜麵，絕對係香港最典型嘅牛雜檔感覺。

麵正常發揮，金錢肚好靚，腩同筋都幾好，湯頭濃，加個油菜點湯，一流。
