To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天和朋友重遇在西營盤,行左半條高街決定入新寶馬,揀餐討論了一陣,又自己換過位避冷氣,在人聲踏雜的一點幾時段,兩個人高談闊論,中間舉手攞碗攞水 ... 脆多士碎滿了一枱 ... 直至旁邊聲音静下來,只有單人進餐,最後剩下我哋一枱,又攞左熱水 ... 以為要退場,老闆女話唔使,但阿媽可以坐下 ... 90年代嘅港左西餐廳 just the way I remember it, no more, no less ✌️🫶
