今晚同朋友去左銅鑼灣一間bar到食下野傾下計chill下😊, 由於天氣有d凍🥶所以我地揀左坐入面嘅位置, E間bar走日系時尚型格路線, 用左黑色同木色做主調, 感覺幾正! 重點係以日本手工啤做賣點😆😆 我地除左兩款小食之外, 一場嚟到當然要叫番個招牌COEDO Platter試下啦🍻😋COEDO啤酒煮蜆🍺清酒煮蜆🍶食得多, 啤酒煮蜆真係未試過, 一上枱已經聞到濃濃嘅酒香😍, 凍冰冰🥶呷一啖熱酒湯確實非常暖胃, 入口先係濃郁嘅啤酒味, 再嚟係慢慢嘅回甘, 蜆肉肥美無沙, 鮮甜味美, 推介!😋😋Kushiyaki🍢 × CODEO Beer Platter🍺最期待嘅畫面終於出現啦🥳, 一開始店員會先比左一張寫哂關於6杯手工啤嘅卡紙, 比你邊睇邊試, 6杯手工啤由淺至深排列, 每款串燒對應番相對嘅啤酒, 之後就可以由淺至深開始試! 瑠璃同毯花比較易入口味道清淡帶微甜, 比較適合女仔飲, 白同伽羅嘅麥味較濃帶回甘, 紅赤一開始嘅麥味突出之後慢慢釋出甜薯🍠嘅味道, 而小妹最中意果款係最後果杯漆黑, 佢係一杯帶朱古力味嘅啤酒, 入口先有淡淡嘅朱古力味🍫, 之後麥味會慢慢滲出嚟, 朱古力嘅味道同啤

COEDO啤酒煮蜆🍺
清酒煮蜆🍶食得多, 啤酒煮蜆真係未試過, 一上枱已經聞到濃濃嘅酒香😍, 凍冰冰🥶呷一啖熱酒湯確實非常暖胃, 入口先係濃郁嘅啤酒味, 再嚟係慢慢嘅回甘, 蜆肉肥美無沙, 鮮甜味美, 推介!😋😋

最期待嘅畫面終於出現啦🥳, 一開始店員會先比左一張寫哂關於6杯手工啤嘅卡紙, 比你邊睇邊試, 6杯手工啤由淺至深排列, 每款串燒對應番相對嘅啤酒, 之後就可以由淺至深開始試!

串燒🍢每款都同啤酒🍺幾夾, 味道唔錯而且唔同嘅肉類🍖蔬菜🍄都令啤酒嘅味道更突出, 值得一讚嘅係佢嘅香菇串燒, 唔乾之餘仲要好juicy!👍🏻

炸軟殼蟹配酸辣芒果醬🦀
軟殼蟹熱辣辣, 色澤金黃, 炸得非常香口鬆脆, 而且幾juicy, 口感唔錯, 配埋酸酸辣辣🌶嘅芒果醬🥭, 非常開胃而且份量都唔少, 底下有d沙律菜🥬, 口感爽脆仲可以解膩!
總結: 餐廳怖置幾有格調, 環境舒適, 食物質素唔錯而且幾多選擇同配搭新穎, 店員服務態度良好, 適合約埋三五知己朋友情人嚟relax下!😊
