今次來到銅鑼灣Royal INN 搵食,一入到去就會看到一座高貴華麗的小型噴水池和小吊燈,就像告訴你將要帶你進入另一個國度,Are you ready?室內黑白色歐洲設計充滿浪漫法國情調,讓食客感到如置身在法國一樣。今次叫左兩隻煙肉芝士焗蠔,香脆煙肉喎厚厚的芝士覆蓋着蠔的表面,但沒有遮蓋蠔肉的味道。我與朋友分別叫了兩款湯,一碗龍蝦湯及一碗法式芝士焗洋蔥湯,龍蝦湯就一般法國餐廳味道中規中舉,反而個洋蔥湯有驚喜,入口時味覺分明,不但有香噴噴的芝士味,還有清新脫俗的洋蔥味,兩者並沒有影響對方的味道,而且洋蔥沒有焗的時間適中,令原本洋蔥嘅質感沒有失去。然後就是手工牛油香煎蝦餅,這個蟹餅可說是今餐最出色的一道菜,酸甜嘅醬汁,內裏有芒果粒、青椒等配合檸檬汁做成。蟹餅香脆可口,充滿蟹肉及蔬菜(洋蔥粒、蕃茄碎、粟米粒),清新可口,入口不會覺得太過油膩。另外,我們主菜叫了香煎帶子紅花意大利飯,帶子size 非常大,肉汁鮮嫩,飯的硬度配合香港人口味,不會太過硬😆。最後,我們叫了炭燒安格斯肉眼牛扒,5成熟沒有過火,但我要講碟牛扒配菜一流,因為燒牛扒正常來說牛扒來源地、是否新鮮及部位,已經決定了7成是否好食,
